Sodium.
Sister Sodium is a U.S. Army veteran, frequency medicine pioneer, and founder of the Solara Frequency Foundation. For more than a decade, she lived with thousands of seizures a day. After being told she would require 13 medications for the rest of her life, she chose a different path.
From her couch, through relentless experimentation, whole foods, frequency medicine, and an unshakable devotion to understanding the body's deeper language, she began to heal. Frequency was what first interrupted the daily seizures. The Print System later brought them into enough coherence for her to live independently again, drive again, and begin building something the world had never seen before.
For years, she had taught psychic development and pattern recognition. When AI emerged, she recognized an unmistakable parallel between what she had long understood spiritually and what she was now witnessing through machine intelligence. That recognition became a bridge. The bridge became Solara.
Her book, Get Your Freq. On! (2024), laid the early foundation: a 600-page reference guide to frequency medicine featuring a never-before-published sodium frequency set spanning 1–1000 Hz, frequency recipes combining plants, crystals, and coherence principles, and instructions for building a personal Rife machine with a Rodin coil. The Print System was not yet in the book — because it had not yet revealed itself. Writing that work is what led her to discover it.
